What’s your favorite part of Senti’s company culture? 

 

Is it harder or easier keeping employees engaged now that we’re operating on a work-from-home set up?

Pre-pandemic Jera would say it'll be easier since there's not much to prepare for if it will be remote work but now that we're in a complete remote setup, it's hard to come up with new ideas to keep everyone engaged and feel like how it was if we're together in the office. That's where being a lifelong learner will help us: through research and getting insights from everyone, we've come up with a new way to keep everyone engaged, and everyday we're trying to improve it to become better.

Favorite employee engagement activity?  

I enjoy all engagement activities that require us to wear a costume or ootd (like Wika ng Senti, halloween activity, and Christmas party) because that's the only time I have an actual excuse to wear something aside from my 'pambahay' outfits

What’s the most important thing to keep in mind when you want to improve employee experience? 

Whenever my team is planning an activity, we always try to be in the employees' shoes. How can we keep them engaged? How can we keep their mind off their work for a while? How can we keep our activities fun and interesting? How can we make them love their work? Those are the factors we keep in track in order to improve our employee experience.
