We are looking for a self-motivated Project Manager to work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. You will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are attended to.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to communicate well and multi-task under tight deadlines. Experience in sales and customer service is an asset in this position. Responsibilities:
- Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
- Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively
- Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met
- Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
- Coordinate with Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or the Technical Lead in assigning tasks to the development team.
- Facilitate Sprint 0 and Project Offboarding
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Prepare KPI reports on project and team performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- At least 4 years experience in Project Management
- Knowledge in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Background in sales and customer service is a plus
- Proficient in Google Technologies (drive, docs, sheets, etc.), MS Office, GitLab and CRM/project management software
- Experience with process improvement and inventory control
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Advanced time management and analytical skills
