Project Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated Project Manager to work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. You will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are attended to.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to communicate well and multi-task under tight deadlines. Experience in sales and customer service is an asset in this position. If you’re a team player and a problem-solver, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to ensure that our relationships with customers are strong, profitable and enduring.

Responsibilities

  • Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
  • Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively
  • Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met and are within the timeline, scope and budget
  • Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
  • Facilitate Sprint 0-n, QA, UAT, Transition and Project Offboarding
  • Create comprehensive project plans and documents to be shared with clients as well as other project team members
  • Prepare KPI reports on project and team performance
  • Supervise, mentor and coach the project team
  • Serve as the Support Manager for Managed Service projects/accounts

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager
  • At least 4 years experience in Project Management 
  • Knowledge in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
  • Background in sales and customer service is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Technologies (drive, docs, sheets, etc.), MS Office, GitLab and CRM/project management software (Clickup)
  • Experience with process improvement and inventory control
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Advanced time management and analytical skills
